THE NEW HEAVENS AND THE NEW EARTH

This is a dream I had in 2016.
I had a dream where I was in a place suddenly, the whole place was changed. The firmament was passed away,  and i saw a very beautiful one appeared. It was so beautiful beyond comparison , I can't place any right word to describe it.
The whole place became very beautiful, I saw  different plants, different animals, beautiful grasses, I don't have the right words to describe what I saw,  but it was close to the pictures of the garden of Eden i used to see in my children's story book.

when I was walking around the place, full of admiration of the place,  i noticed that a man was also walking with me but I couldn't see his face.  He asked me, "do you  know where this place is"? I said no,  he told me that this place is the new earth God promised his children . There was this  feeling that is associated with the place, unspeakable joy,  I had this peace within me.

2 peter 3:13  But according to his promise, we are waiting for new heavens and a new earth  in which righteousness dwells.
Isaiah 65:17 For behold I create new heavens and a new earth,  and the former things shall not be remembered or come into mind.
This strange man was taking me around and showing me things, we came to a place and saw children playing with wild animals and they weren't hurt by them. People were lying down outside in the field no fear of attack from wild animals or thieves, there were no fences everything was in order and perfect. He then took me to a very beautiful lake as I was looking at the lake, suddenly,  a very big animal that I can't describe jumped out of the lake and was coming towards me,  immediately I took off  thinking that the animal would hurt me. He then laughed and said " why are you running away, don't you know that in this place there is nothing like  pain,  fear, sorrow and death"?
Revelation 21:4 "He will wipe away every tear from their eyes and death shall be no more,  neither shall there be mourning,  nor crying,  nor pain anymore,  for the former things are passed away"

He then said "this animal cannot hurt you", then I asked him,  "why is it that I have not seen this animal before,  not even on National Geographic  Channel "? He then replied and told me that some of the animals that God created have gone extinct, even some of the plants.  But when God will recreates this earth everything that he created from the beginning of the world will come back. He told me that  God created so many beautiful plants and animals but because of sin they are no longer in existence.

Isaiah 11:6-9  "The wolf shall dwell with the lamb,  and the leopard shall lie down with the young goat and the calf and the lion and the fattened calf together,  the cow  and the bear shall  graze; their young ones shall lie down together; and the lion shall eat straw like ox.  The nursing child shall play over the holidays the cobra,  and the weaned child shall put his hand on the adder's den.  They shall not hurt
or destroy in all my mountain;  for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord as the waters  cover the sea".

As we were walking around,  I saw some girls gossiping about someone,  immediately the man rebuked them and told them that in this place there is nothing like gossip here,  back biting,  hatred etc... So he continued by telling me that in the new earth nothing like this will ever happen there; that there will be no more sin.

 Isaiah 11:9 They shall not hurt or destroy in all my holy mountain; for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea. 

When I woke up from sleep my mentality towards earthly things changed, I came to realize that I should be focused on heavenly things more than this earthly things that will soon pass away.

2 Peter 3:10  "But the day of the Lord will come like a thief,  and the heavens will pass away with a roar, and the heavenly bodies will be burned up and dissolved,  and the earth and the works that are done on it will be exposed.  Since all these things are thus to be dissolved what sort of people ought you to be  in lives of holiness and godliness,  waiting for and hastening the coming of the day of the Lord".

 Now,  knowing that everything in this earth will be utterly destroyed what are we suppose to do,  or what kind of life should we be living?

Matthew 6:19-21  "Lay not for your selves treasures upon earth,  where moth and dust doth corrupt, and where thieves breakthrough and steal: but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor dust doth corrupt, nor where thieves do breakthrough and : for where your treasure is,  there will your heart be".

My dear friends,  since we have this great hope and assurance that Christ is coming again to give us a new earth. Let's try our very best to be in that new earth where there will no more death,  pain and  sorrow.                     
Nothing in this world is worth loosing eternity for, let's  learn how to seek God's kingdom first and his righteousness and all other things shall be added unto us. (Matthew 6:33)

Seek Christ now that you can find him before it will be too late.  For there's no repentance in the grave.
